Ashley Millard graduated magna cum laude from Agnes Scott College in 2000 with a BA degree in French. While at Agnes Scott, Ashley was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Delta Phi. She has been working as paralegal since 2002 in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and Social Security. She has been with The McAleer Law Firm since 2006 and is the firm’s senior litigation paralegal.
Mandy Foster, Senior Litigation Paralegal
Mandy Foster was born and raised in Wuerzburg, Germany, and moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2009 when she began working for The McAleer Law Firm. After graduating with a paralegal degree, Mrs. Foster completed a three year paralegal apprenticeship at a law firm in Germany. Following her apprenticeship, Mrs. Foster went on to work for more than seven years as a paralegal with a law firm in Wuerzburg, Germany. Mrs. Foster currently handles personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slips & falls, medical malpractice, workers compensation and social security cases.
Mrs. Foster is fluent in German.
Kaleigh Drumm, Administrative Assistant
Kaleigh Drumm has been with the McAleer Law Firm since 2016 and regularly assists the paralegals with daily tasks. Mrs. Drumm’s main focus at the firm is to ensure that our office has a high level of client satisfaction and runs seamlessly from day to day. Kaleigh graduated from Emory University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Mrs. Drumm brings to the firm thirteen years of customer service experience and three years of accounting experience.
Kaila Prentice, Legal Assistant
Kaila Prentice has been employed as a Legal Assistant with the McAleer Law Firm since February 2016. She graduated with honors from North Georgia Tech in 2014 with an AS in Medical Assisting. She spent five years as a military paralegal and is very close to completing her BS in Legal Studies through American Military University. Kaila assists with all types of cases handled by the McAleer Law Firm from intake to settlement. It is her ultimate goal to ensure client satisfaction.
