Mandy Foster, Personal Injury Paralegal

Mandy Foster was born and raised in Wuerzburg, Germany, and recently moved to Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating with a paralegal degree, Ms. Foster completed a three year paralegal apprenticeship at a law firm in Germany. Following her apprenticeship, Ms. Foster went on to work for more than seven years as a paralegal with a law firm in Wuerzburg, Germany. Ms. Foster currently handles personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slips & falls and medical malpractice.

Ms. Foster is fluent in German.

Ashley Millard, Senior Litigation Paralegal

Ashley Millard graduated magna cum laude from Agnes Scott College in 2000 with a BA degree in French. While at Agnes Scott, Ashley was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Delta Phi. She has 6 years of experience working as a paralegal in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and Social Security. She has been with The McAleer Law Firm for two and a half years and is the senior paralegal on the firm’s cases which have been placed into litigation.

Paula Piedrahita, Workers' Compensation Paralegal

Paula Andrea Piedrahita was born in Medellin, Colombia and came to the U.S. at age 7. She previously attended Georgia State University, where she studied Business Administration, and is currently attending Georgia Perimeter College for General Studies. She has been working in the legal field since 1998. Her current caseload consists of workers’ compensation, Social Security and personal injury files. She also has previous experience handling criminal cases.

Ms. Piedrahita is fluent in Spanish.

Sarah Sainclair, Client Intake Specialist

Sarah Sainclair was born in Haiti and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She previously attended Edison University in Fort-Myers, Florida, where she studied Liberal Arts, and is currently enrolled with DeKalb Technical College in the field of paralegal studies. Ms. Sainclair has been working in the legal field for approximately seven years and currently handles personal injury cases, including automobile accidents, slips & falls and medical malpractice.

Kelli Powell, Administrative Assistant

Kelli Powell was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She is currently enrolled in Perimeter College to obtain her Associates Degree in Paralegal and Legal Assisting. In her spare time, she is active in the music scene in Atlanta. After receiving her degree in Paralegal Studies Ms. Powell wishes to continue her education and eventually obtain a law degree and become an entertainment attorney.
