Attorney Profiles

Kimberly is an aggressive trial lawyer specializing in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accident injuries, slip and falls, construction accidents, dog bite injuries, and premises liability. Kimberly received her B.S. in Consumer Economics, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. Kimberly then received her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was a Dean's Scholar, a member of the Trial Advocacy Society, Public Interest Law Student Society, and Women's Law Society, was awarded the Public Interest Award, and competed in Mock Trial Team Competition.

Licensed in Georgia, Kimberly has tried numerous cases in Magistrate, State and Superior courts in counties throughout Georgia. Kimberly has participated in nearly 20 jury trials in her career and served as lead counsel in 12 of those cases.

While at Vanderbilt Law School, Kimberly was awarded the Public Interest Law award and provided services as a Law Clerk for the Legal Aid Society and Department of Children's Services Legal Division, in Nashville. Today, Kimberly remains passionate about her commitment to the community and provides a variety of pro bono services to residents of the area.
